Excuuuuuuse Me

This is the one commitment I made this summer that I haven't lapsed on yet.
And I almost just did.
I was going to bed and I was ready to say fuck it.
I did that for my run today.
Just looked at stuff on twitter for hours.
I'm trying to find a way to not make excuses.
While still excusing myself for my failures cognitively.
I can't beat myself up, but I also can't just let everything slide.
So tonight, I'll at least stop one excuse.
So that I feel better about myself in the morning.
And I guess I've just gotta keep working in that direction.\
While being OK with all the time I don't work.
