A Short Poem

It really doesn't matter whether or not you are doing what you feel you have to do, or making the leaps you want to make. In a world as confusing as this one, goals are ultimately arbitrary.
The important thing is to try.
So I am going to keep trying.
Even when trying is abstract, even though I fail to really put effort in.
I'm going to continue to put effort into not falling into my defaults.
And maybe someday they won't be my defaults any more.
