Sluggish


I feel sluggish.
Sleepwalking through my days (which I know is a cliché)
I set a schedule
"If you can actually follow this, and get following schedules to become a habit, it will change your life"
I fucked up after 3 days.
My father calls me refractory -  I had only heard that term in relation to sex.
He's right though.
A brief list of my fuckups, so far this summer.
  • I got too excited about a plan that wasn't made
  • I've run one time (that's kind of a bummer)
  • I let some reviews get away from me
  • I haven't gotten through the incomplete
  • I probably put on yet more weight
Maybe it's the meds (I pretend).
